All orders are shipped within the United States via USPS or UPS.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Orders are processed on Saturdays. Please allow 1–5 business days for processing.
Estimated delivery within the U.S.: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

If a package is lost or misdelivered, please file a claim with the carrier before contacting us. A claim number is required for assistance.
Pre-order items will be shipped within the timeframes outlined at checkout.
For express shipping, we recommend ordering on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday for the fastest processing.

Return/Refund Policy
We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. Should you wish to return an item, full refund is available within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days, we are pleased to offer store credit in the form of a digital gift card, redeemable toward any future purchase, available up to 14 days. Please note, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from refund or the issued store credit.

Returning Goods
